In this module we are going to examine how we can become more effective at leading change processes in our teams. We are all aware that we live in an age of rapid change in the way we work and live. A major aspect of this change is the need to find ways of doing things better, faster, cheaper and smarter?

While many of these changes make us more effective and efficient, isn’t implementing these changes sometimes a difficult, or even a painful process? On one hand, we know that change is inevitable and necessary for progress. On the other hand, it is in our nature to resists change so that we can avoid the hassle and the pain that change brings. As leaders and managers, we are sometimes required to lead change processes that are intended to benefit our teams, and the people we serve.  And, in many ways, our success is measured by our abilities to lead change and help people to change for the better.
